Jam Maestro: create guitar tab App Reviews

Amazing, but I do suggest a few things

Ive been using this app for well over a couple years now, and I gotta say its absolutely fantastic! Although, I would suggest that when doing drums, you let there be an option to write/tab out double hits on the snare and toms. Also, add more effects options as well and maybe some string or piano options too! Other than that, this is app is absolutely a MUST BUY!

Best iPhone tab app

Ive tried a dozen or so apps to write tabs on my iPhone. This is by far the most refined one out there. High price tag, but its worth it.

Authentic

The most authentic sounding acoustic guitar ever

Great tool

Was looking for something simple. Just want to tap out a melody and have it save tab. Got so much more: Learning to shift keys, making melodic lines and transforming them into the guitar. I can let my ear play instead of my hands, helping me break out of routine and learn about modes all at once!

Killer!!!

Great sounds with a TON of features, for WAY LESS than the other guys.... AWESOME!!!

Id buy it at twenty times the price

I have nearly every music app in existence but Jam Maestro stands in a class by itself. Im amazed at the thought and labor poured into it. The best app for composing music bar none.

On the road

Comes in handy when good ideas come in mind and I dont have my guitar with me

Just a review to unlock features

Please dont take this review or rating for anything other than me trying to unlock an effects pack. It gives the option of paying $1.99 or writing a review so....

Boobs

I hope it gets easier to use.

Great app

This is a fantastic app, great for ideas you dont want to forget and even full songs. I use it all the time when Im writing music, really helpful for figuring things out on the spot

Cool

Pretty cool app.

Just what I was looking for!

This app is everything I could want! The ability to create my own music and save it as a tab so others can learn it is extraordinary! This has helped me and my band very much by allowing us to practice our parts separately.

Great Ideas, Bad Sounds

It seems very Intuitive after a bit of a learning curve. It might not be as quick or efficient as something like Tabit for PC but there are a lot of good ideas in this app. The drums sound great but the guitar sounds pretty awful. Its cool that they added in some basic effects but its still hard to get over the cheesiness of the guitar tones. It would be nice if the app came stock with more instruments. The app is clearly geared towards simple"rock music".

Great app

Amazingly greatest app of this kind. Even on iPad. Looks awesome Missing midi, but is coming says the dev.

Incroyable !!!

Incroyable !!!!!!!

Almost perfect...

Just waiting for the gp6 support... Keep on with the good work!

Fantastic Update

Jam Maestro got a great update. It can use IAA-instruments now and its a great tool to sketch ideas, learn about music theory and just jam your head off!

Yay!

Super support by the developer. Quick and patient ;) Beautiful piece of software. I drive bass & synth through audiobus and jam along... Good fun!

Great StuffIt

Lots of functionalities, still exploring. Very much fun, its great!

Missing important features

The sound library is very nice and I also appreciate having instruments like bass, drums etc. But as long as important features like dead-notes, slides, hammer-on, pull-off, bends, triplets, volume control are missing, the software isnt really useful for guitar players.
